In the last stage, the whole cycle is watched: the inhalation, then the gap, the exhalation, and then the gap.īecause both techniques are passive you may find it helpful to dance or do some other form of energetic activity first. In the second stage, the focus turns from the inhalation and exhalation to the gaps that appear – one at the end of the inhalation before the outbreath starts, and the other at the end of the exhalation before the inbreath starts.
